In-Person Tax Help
Get free in-person help and support from an IRS-certified tax preparer and file your taxes at a Colorado Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), Colorado Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE), or AARP Tax Aide site. These sites offer free tax help and free tax preparation to people who generally make $64,000 or less, people with disabilities, or limited English-speaking taxpayers. VITA/TCE services are not only free, but they are also a reliable and trusted source for preparing tax returns.
You can make an appointment that fits your schedule or visit a walk-in site. You can view the full list of sites here, or find the site nearest to you using the buttons or map below.
Note that many VITA sites may not be open during the post-tax season.
